The MSCPA is hosting our bi-annual Educators Conference to foster an important conversation between leaders in academia, accounting faculty and members of college advisory boards to discuss technologies impacting our industry and how to best prepare future CPAs to enter and succeed in the profession. During this half-day conference, we'll hear from AICPA staff on the 2019 Trends in the Supply of Accounting Graduates and the Demand for Public Accounting Recruits report and the profession’s discussion on the evolution of the CPA credential. We'll also hear from faculty and leadership from a local university regarding the process of integrating technology into their existing accounting curriculum as well as local employers on the skills their future employees need to succeed. There will also be networking breakout sessions on additional topics of interest.
